Although an alternate double-crown exists with a reduced colour palette, this is a poster from the re-release & what we have here is the poster from the debut release of the film in the UK in 1955. The sequence is abstract and is almost reminiscent of Bauhaus or Russian Constructivist design, which greatly influenced Bass. So the title further alludes to the theme of the movie on its own. Overall, however, the poster displays very nicely as is, though could be further improved with backing. The phrase seven-year itch refers to the tendency of infidelity after seven years of marriage.
